Went to the cemetery where Jim Morrison is buried - it has to be the most beautiful cemetery I've ever seen. Unfortunately even this time of year there's a big tourist pilgrimage (moi not included :) ) to his grave, I'd hate to see it there in the summer. I took a picture of his grave - I generally refuse to take pictures in cemeteries but I figure he's used to it. They even have a guard at his grave to make sure his fans stay in check. How'd you like to have your eternal resting place next to Jim and have them tramp all over you and write on your gravestone?
If you ever have questions about your life, want to meditate, or are just bored, go to the top of the Arc de Triomphe and watch the cars driving around (12 streets enter the circle I believe). It's hypnotizing. I could stand there for hours (hopefully when it's not too crowded) just watching the dance of cars entering and exiting the circle. And the view's not bad either.
Ah, what can I say about Space Hair. Loud techno music, twinkling lights, and tons of attractive gay men. My hairdresser told me he hated my bangs. Now could that happen in the US? I don't think so.
La Defense, the business district in Paris (looks a little out of place, doesn't it?
